📋 Our Return Policy — Please Read Before Submitting
Damaged, defective or misprinted items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims due to our error are fully covered at our expense.
Lost in transit claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Wrong address or unclaimed shipments — reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility once a corrected address is confirmed.
Buyer's remorse — we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Size exchanges are handled at our discretion and require a new order.
Non-returnable items — sealed goods such as face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
